Who we are

The White Cat Digital Lab, trading as The White Cat Agency, operates this website. Our registered studio is at 2nd Floor, Huda Market, SCF-19, Sector 4, Gurugram, Haryana 122006, India. For any privacy question, contact info@thewhitecat.eu.

What we collect

We collect two categories of data.

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, the newsletter form or a job application, we receive the fields you complete — typically your name, email address, phone number and the message or links you provide. We only ask for what we need to reply.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. These record pseudonymised data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, browser and referring source. We have IP anonymisation enabled.

Why we process it

• To respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To send the newsletter, where you have subscribed. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
• To assess job applications. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To measure and improve the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of processors that necessarily handle it: our web host (Hostinger), our email provider, and Google (Analytics and Tag Manager). Each processes data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for three years from last contact. Job applications are retained for twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Write to info@thewhitecat.eu and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

This site sets cookies through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure usage. You can block or delete these in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use the site.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we encourage you not to send sensitive personal or financial information through the contact form.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and will revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing contacts will be notified by email where we hold an address.
