React and Next.js with TypeScript on the front end, Node or serverless functions for APIs, and Postgres for relational data. We pick boring, well-documented tools deliberately, because the next developer to touch the code is usually not us.
Yes, in full, from the first commit. The repository is yours, the infrastructure is in your accounts, and there is no proprietary layer that makes leaving expensive. This is a deliberate difference from page-builder agencies.
Often, yes. We start with a short audit of the repository and infrastructure before quoting, because inherited projects vary enormously in how much of the original intent survives. If a rebuild is genuinely cheaper than a rescue, we will say so.
