The challenge
Off-plan residential buyers are asked to commit to something that does not exist yet, and standard CGI reads as obviously synthetic, which undermines rather than builds confidence.
Our approach
We treated visualisation as photography — real lighting conditions, imperfect staging, human scale — so the images read as documentation of a place rather than a sales render.
The outcome
Visuals that buyers trust, which is the entire job in off-plan marketing.
